BOOKINGS
All bookings made through the website are subject to confirmation by the property. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the confirmation notice and payment of the required deposit.

RATES
All rates are expressed in Euros (€).Unless otherwise specified, rates include the services listed in the accommodation description at the time of booking.

DEPOSIT
A deposit is required to secure and confirm the reservation, according to the payment instructions provided by the property.The reservation will be considered final only upon receipt of the deposit payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 (seven) days before the scheduled arrival date. For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, in the event of a no-show, or in the case of early departure, the deposit will not be refunded. Any exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of the property.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in and check-out times are those indicated in the booking confirmation or otherwise communicated by the property.Any special requests must be agreed upon in advance.

GUESTS
Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. The maximum occupancy specified for the room or property may not be exceeded.

PETS
Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed in writing by the property.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
Guests agree to use the accommodation, furnishings, and facilities with due care and respect.Any damage caused to the property, furniture, equipment, or facilities may be charged to the responsible guest.

PROPERTY LIABILITY
The property shall not be held liable for interruptions or disruptions of services caused by force majeure, natural events, technical failures, public utility interruptions, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

PRIVACY
Guests’ personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian privacy laws.For further information, please refer to the Privacy Policy published on the website.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy, as provided by applicable law.
