Our property is available exclusively for private rental, making it the perfect retreat for large families, groups of friends, week-long holidays, or long weekend getaways. Accommodating up to 12 guests, the house features six double bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom.
The rental includes access to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare delicious meals independently. For those seeking a more exclusive experience, group dinners can be arranged in the spacious dining room, with the option of hiring a private chef to make your stay even more memorable. The swimming pool and garden are entirely at your disposal, ensuring complete privacy, relaxation, and comfort throughout your stay. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, including the outdoor areas, providing reliable connectivity at all times. Guests also have access to a refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay.

The house is available for exclusive use only, with a minimum stay of three nights. Rates for the exclusive rental of the entire property (accommodating up to 12 guests) start from € 900 per night during the low season and € 1.200 per night during the high season. For smaller groups, rates are quoted according to the number of guests and the length of stay.
A final cleaning fee of € 200 applies to all bookings.
‍Breakfast is available upon request and by prior arrangement at a cost of € 20 per person, per day.
It is freshly prepared each morning and served at the property. Additional housekeeping and linen change services can also be arranged upon request, either on a daily basis or at longer intervals, according to guests' needs. This service is subject to an additional charge, depending on the level of service required. The linen provided includes bed sheets, towels, bathrobes, and pool towels.
To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Free cancellation is available up to one month before the arrival date. After this deadline, the 50% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and heating, and all windows are fitted with mosquito screens, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the year. Upon request, we can provide a carefully selected range of fine local wines and regional specialties, allowing you to enjoy an authentic taste of the Monferrato area from the comfort of the house. The nearest supermarket and local shops are just an 8-minute drive from the property, making it easy to stock up on everything you may need during your stay. BREAKFAST
Breakfast is available upon request and by prior reservation at a cost of €20 per person.
The breakfast includes fresh fruit juice, coffee and tea, fruit salad, homemade walnut cake, toast, and jam.
