If you book through Booking.com or any other third-party booking platform, the rates, terms, and cancellation policies applicable to your reservation are those offered by the respective platform at the time of booking.
Should you wish to make any changes to your reservation, we kindly ask that you submit your request through the same booking channel or platform used to make the reservation, in order to avoid any misunderstandings.
For direct bookings, we offer a range of rates and special offers. Our best available rates are always available on our website or by contacting us directly.
If you need to cancel your direct booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Free cancellation is available up to one month before the arrival date. After this deadline, the 50% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability. We also offer luggage storage.
All bedrooms are furnished with double beds, except for one room, which features two single beds. A complimentary baby cot is available for children up to 3 years old upon request. Please contact the property at the time of booking.
To ensure maximum comfort, all windows are fitted with mosquito screens.
In addition, the garden is protected by an innovative eco-friendly mosquito control system, which creates an effective barrier around the perimeter of the outdoor area, helping to keep mosquitoes and other insects at bay while you enjoy the surrounding nature.

We accept payment by PayPal and bank transfer.
By car: Free on-site parking is available.
By bus: From Torino, Asti, or Casale Monferrato to Murisengo. We can arrange pickup from there.
By train: The nearest station is Asti, about 15 minutes by car. Buses from the station go to Murisengo, Montechiaro, or Montiglio, where we can pick you up.
By plane: The closest airports are Torino-Caselle (50 minutes by car) and Milano-Malpensa (1 hour and 40 minutes by car).
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Please inform us in advance of any special needs, as the rooms are not accessible by elevator. The ground floor and workshop areas are barrier-free, but some paths are gravel. Contact us to discuss your requirements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Monferrato offers various opportunities for exploration. Antonella has prepared a guide for guests, and our staff is happy to recommend activities and points of interest. Pampucet also organizes cultural and culinary experiences. Visit our website for scheduled weekend activities.
